\"Into the Fire\" is a story inspired by 9/11, however it is NOT a book about 9/11. It is a tale of two tough lives, from their parents origins in Ireland to their demise in the Towers.
For the cover design, I wanted to convey the New York city skyline with the twin towers in it but also abstractly show those as a couple in it. I, sort of also wanted to give the feeling that this is the last moment of their lives together and to show that I painted a sunset in the background. This gives the feeling of holding each other while walking into the sunset. I hope you get what I mean here :)
Also I used some glowing ash to give the feeling of a disaster/tragedy.")

I wanted to remember him on his 2nd Death Anniversary and I wanted to do something different, try out something new, instead of creating just an artwork. I wanted to make my artwork look alive and share emotions and feelings with those who are viewing it. I hope I succeeded pretty well.
