Broadly speaking, what I can understand is that the talent acquisition department functions to develop recruitment strategies, and select job applicants. Based on the logo that I made, it consists of two elements. The first is the profile/avatar/human, which can be seen in number 2 which I modified so that it resembles the profile/avatar/human. the second is the binoculars that can be seen on the numbers 1 and 0 and the circle on the profile/avatar/human icon.
