The entire novel takes place in a week of heavy rain and much of it at night. I've attached a file that is an image of a taxi medallion that I tilted. The one idea I've had is that using this hyper real image, or some other idea, have the lower corner melting into a pool of blood. The number should be 165, due to the story, but the 5 should not be readable, that portion of the medallion has to be melting.")
