My name is Jenny Hayes and I'm an integrative Nutrition Health Coach. My mission is to provide education in all areas of our lives that contribute to holistic health through one on one sessions or through my 6-part workshop series. My program combined with exercises and purposeful discussion can offer anyone the opportunity to simply feel better and create the life they want. Creating small sustainable change can have a massive impact on our overall health.
