I'm a former professional golfer who played in Europe, South Africa and the US. I love to ski, golf, wild edible hunt & garden. I'm also a Holistic Health Coach -I help people get healthier in a way that is fun, engaging and not overwhelming. I believe there is no "ONE WAY" of living a healthy life, but I do believe there are certain facets we all need to incorporate and focus on to be our best.
