Homepage – This is the login page for only the SMBs (Resellers will register on a different webpage). The signup section/login button should easily accessible. We’d like this page to have a professional, but inviting/warm feel. Aside from that – we’re open to all ideas.
Search Page – An SMB will search for a product before connecting to a reseller. This is much like a typical ecommerce landing page (with a search bar and suggested products/product packages). Profile Page – Resellers displaying their information to SMBs that are potential buyers. Includes name, logo, company description, contact info, # of connections on Ohana, a list of respondents (see messages page), reviews that accumulate over time, and buttons to edit information.
Products Page – Resellers need a way to identify which products they sell, by which, OhanaCity provides a list of 500+ categories of products for them to select. The products that resellers select will be matched to the SMBs looking for those categories of products. Very open to all ideas on this page. Difficultly is making it simple to select a lot of choices and edit their selection.
Messages Page – An SMB will likely match with a few hundred resellers, but a reseller will likely match with several thousand SMBs, which will send messages to the reseller. A reseller will have multiple employees responding to messages. Basically, we need an interface/dashboard similar to team handling online customer support. (ability to attach images, files, and forms)
