Website Design

We require a website design for a new website. .PSD only, (with each element separated out on layers). No mark up required.

Design is for an international trader of industrial equipment. Currently operating in 45 countries. Current website can be found at http://www.worldpoly.com.au

We have alogo, brand and general style guide that the site needs to fit within.  This can be found in the brochure DOWNLOAD SITE ASSETS HERE.

Keymessages to be put forward are:

-         Workingwith Polyethylene since 1963.

-         Operatingin 45 countries.

Pleaserefer to “Home Page” on page six of functional specification for description ofwhat we require from the design concept.

We are alsolooking at a space to rotate multiple languages from page 3 of includedbrochure (will likely using a flash element).

- Professional.  Credible. International- Use of system fonts (e.g. Arial, Helvetica) for heading and menu items, so we can do text based rather than graphic based for SEO purposes- Site will be part of a group of sites, so needs space in footer for cross linking (more for Google than user).  Approx 6 sites.
- Needs to be inline with current branding and look and feel of current brochure.

- Too colourful or cartoony
- Busy
- Amateurish

- Restrictive layout.  Design needs to maintain integrity when large amounts of content are included
- Gimmicky.  We need the site to convey the international and credible nature of the business, but without using gimmicks to achieve this.
