Web design for a Martial Arts Directory site

AllDojos.com

Alldojos.com aims to be the largest and best martial arts club directory on the internet. We will do this by providing a comprehensive and easily search-able list of clubs in every country in the world so that martial arts enthusiasts have a clear picture of what the clubs near them are like, and club owners have another way to publicize their business.

The site is at http://www.alldojos.com (Nothing but a dancing hamster there at the moment, partying like it's 1999).

Market:
We're aiming this site at a mass-market audience - it's not designed for a 17-year old meathead who thinks he wants to be an UFC fighter. It should be a clean, crisp, uncluttered, friendly page that is easy to use. We're going to list all different styles of clubs from boxing, to MMA, to traditional karate so the design shouldn't depend on any one particular style of martial art for inspiration.

The main aim is that someone will come to the site and find it very easy to find a club that suits their needs. The information on where the club is, what type of style it teaches and what type of club it is (very tough/competition-focused club or relaxed-pace-more-like-a-social-club Club etc) should be apparent.

Technical requirements: I'm looking for a PSD file - no HTML or CSS required. The result of this design competition will be used as the basis for the site's main page.

Required page elements - Of these, the most important are the search bar, the actual listing information, and the menu.

* Prominent "alldojos" logo (Leave a blank space for the time being)
* Menubar - Alldojos blog, add a club, advanced search etc.
* Ad space - A top banner ad, side panel advertising, space adwords
* Prominent search bar
* Footer element - For the standard "About", "Privacy policy", etc
* Large Map (to display club locations once found)
* Club listing elements, basically search results which will display:
o Prominent Club name
o Club address
o Club logo

A png wireframe is attached for *general inspiration* with the following caveat: The only thing worse than a designer not following your instructions is a designer following your instructions to the letter. :) Think of it as a starting point listing the required elements, not specifically the desired end result. I'm not a graphic / UX designer, so play with the layout!
