Crowd Funnel is an internet marketing company based on reaching peak performance and efficiency for acquiring leads, improving product sales, and brand awareness through it's industry leading optimization technology and experienced marketing teams.

As a quickly growing company, we are also looking for talented designers to create ads (static and flash) and landing pages. If you're interested in additional consistent freelance with very high payouts and monthly bonuses (for winning ads) please email me.

The site will be used to entice businesses looking for marketing partners, campaign advisors, and talented new employees.

The site must include a clear menu with the same categories that are already on http://www.crowdfunnel.com (home, tech, partners, ect.) In addition to the current menu items, one called "Crowd Sourcing" must be added.

We are looking for:
-an eye catching and sleek design.
-needs to look professional, (other businesses need to be impressed)

The challenge here will be balancing a clean modern look that is also not stereotypically boring.
