Rangeview Gardens Accommodation
Rangeview Gardens Accommodation is Luxury Accommodation getaway on the outskirts of Melbourne Australia.
We require a design for a new website which showcases the Luxurious nature of the Accommodation, plus the surrounding Gardens, which are a main feature.
The prime objectives of the design will be:
1. Increase conversion rates of site visitors.
a. Landing page needs to be very enticing and visually appealing,
b. Drawing people into the site (primarily drawing them into the cottage page).
c. Effectively communicate the luxury, serenity and privacy provided by the Accommodation and Gardens.
d. Site needs to direct people through the site, with final outcome being to either pick up the phone and book or book online.
People (primarily couples or groups) looking for "Luxury Accommodation" in the Dandenong Ranges.

- Strong and bold use of images (provided in the ‘Design Assets’ download).
- Needs to provide all information to help people decide to stay at Rangeview Gardens. Photographs of the accommodation play an important part in this. People want to see lots of photos of where they are going to stay.
o Peaceful, tranquil, Private.
o Light, bright, fresh.
o Some showcasing of the surrounding gardens.
Home page needs to contain the following elements:
- Strong use of photos
- 1-2 paragraph introductory text
- Teaser to Accommodation Page (Woolrich Retreat).
o Currently one accommodation option, but design needs to cater to the introduction of another one in the future.
- Teaser to a Gardens Page
We will also require design/layout for the following inner pages:
1. A ‘cottage’ page.
a. Use separate Logo ‘Woolrich Retreat’ (included in Design Assets).
b. Layout to provide.
i. Short introduction (1-2) paragraph.
ii. List of features (about 20)
iii. Photo Gallery.
iv. Floor plan (see “Asset Pack”)
v. Link to Book Online
2. Packages Page.
3. Contact Us Page.
NOTE: please don’t do these inner pages unless I ask. Please just provide homepage concept to start with. I will only be asking for inner pages from a final shortlist of 2-3 designers towards the end of the contest.
