TaffyDB
I'm a web developer and the author of TaffyDB (among other projects). I love working with JavaScript and I want to extend the reach and usage of JavaScript. I believe TaffyDB can be an important part of that growth but is hampered thanks to my poor design skills. I'm funding this out of my own pocket and I don't really expect to make any money off of it so I can't do a big reward.
Developers, designers, and general web folks.
Looking for a basic site design (with the possibility of an "enhanced" version of the design to function as the home page) that will work well for JavaScript examples, documentation, and navigation. I want to be able to build out the content of the site and have FAQs, Examples, Apps, etc. You can get a basic idea of the content from the existing taffydb.com
In terms of requirements, I want a pretty light weight design that is attractive. If it uses JavaScript I'd like to use Jquery or YUI but I'm not opposed to other frameworks. It is important that it be a flexible enough design to accommodate updates by myself to the nav bar, etc. I'd also love to see some kind of logo that really captures the idea or at least could be included in a "powered by TaffyDB" graphic.
Update: [
I'm looking for general layout first and foremost - with perhaps a little splashier markup for the home page. A good example would be http://jqueryui.com/
