Etherdome Pte. Ltd.
Etherdome is powerful new healthcare platform for collating, monitoring, and managing patient healthcare cases. The target audience for this software platform is healthcare professionals: physicians, surgeons, radiologists, and medical research teams. Using Etherdome, healthcare professionals can connect with their colleagues to facilitate clinical workflows (such as referring a patient to a specialist) or use the platform for teaching. The result is enhanced collaboration leading to improved patient care.

http://www.mediatemple.com: I like how the horizontal bands of color are from edge to edge, and the homepage provides a large “splash” area for marketing messages, which can rotate against multiple different messages / panes. MediaTemple retains a clean, professional look even with a dark, black and grey theme. I am a huge fan of the break at the bottom of the page with all the links there (see also quirky.com for a good example of a page footer). For navigational toolbars I prefer the floating text that MediaTemple employs (as opposed to buttons and tabs).
http://www.splunk.com/: In similar fashion to mediatemple I like the interactive splash area, but find splunk too busy. I really like the fonts that have been used on this site (especially for the body text).
http://www.phonegap.com/: Phonegap has a great example of scrolling marketing messages. Similar to mediatemple this section doesn't have horizontal borders, but blends in seamlessly with the background. If you look at http://www.phonegap.com/about I'd like to employ a graphic similar to this (3 steps, images and text to explain our approach) on our how it works page.
** All pages should have the same look / feel with unique layout changes for each individual page.
(1) Home Page: This is the primary landing page for our business. I'd like to see it employ a javascript / flash rotating messages section (see attached "mockup" attachment) for a general idea of layout / mockup.
(2) How it works: This section starts with a high-level breakdown of how the platform works very similar to "http://phonegap.com/about" and then has text after the break. Please see the attached mockup document as well as the site content for more information.
(3) Tour the platform: Envisioning this almost like a user controlled slideshow, where users see the interface in a large image (lots of detail) and can click “next” to roll to the next image on the page. This page is used to show screenshots or sections of our platform in greater detail.
(4) Clinical Applications: have an idea of rolling over each of the four main categories to read more in a pop-up / hover text box. However, very interested to see what you can come up with.
(5) Partners: our company is comprised of three partners - we need a good way to display this information in an easily understood fashion. I will upload all of the high-resolution logos to this contest, when available.
Our end-customers include:
-Physicians
-Hospital Groups
-Health Care Clinics
-Pharmaceutical Groups
We need a very professional looking marketing website, while retaining a “start-up”, entrepreneurial, edginess feel.
Marketing text is included in the attached site content document. All content included therein is copyright and wholly owned by Etherdome Pte. Ltd.
Would love to see if the elements of our word cloud could be incorporated into the site. Off the top of my head I wonder if we could use it in the footer of the site (the attached word cloud is too bright in my opinion for Etherdome - I've attached a similar one done for our partner Brightsquid which is much more subtle - the look I'm going for on the site).
I have uploaded high-resolution copies of our logo. Please do not modify or change the logo in any way. Please make use of the Etherdome logo specified for black backgrounds. All uploaded copies of the logo are copyright and fully owned by Etherdome Pte. Ltd.
All text rendered via HTML must use standard browser-independent fonts.
All other logos are wholly owned, copy-written, and/or trademarked images of their respective owners. All rights are reserved.
The winner of this contest is to provide the following:
All PSD Files - PSD files should be properly named, layered and grouped into easily identifiable sections. All design elements should be in a named group for easy identification and editing if necessary.
All source files - All source files used such as non-standard fonts, stock graphics/photos, backgrounds, icons etc. must be provided in their original format. For graphics PSD is preferred, and for fonts TTF files are required. All external files must come with proof of licensing.
