San Francisco Chiropractic
I am an established chiropractor who has a small clinic (1,700 sq. ft) in downtown San Francisco. My current website is ranked well in Google local search and is getting 10+ hits a day, but it is not converting as well as I like it to. I am certain it has something to do with "old look" of my site.
I have intermediate knowledge of HTML and graphic design
People between the ages of 22-55 who have back pain, neck pain, or extremity pain. They are mostly professional white collar workers in the downtown area of San Francisco.
-Looking for originality; please don't base your design on current design submissions.
-Clean and elegant look is a must. Must not appear too "crowded."
-A modern logo font that implies quality and reputation is essential.
-Corporate color is burgundy (crimson).
-Looking for some depth; i.e. more than just all straight lines.
-Need a letterbox media player that shows a flash slideshow of 5-6 pictures I will provide to you.
-Need a small opt-in box that says "Join our mailing list and instantly receive a FREE video course, Essential Exercises and Stretches for a Healthy Back."
-Include three feature boxes (with graphics) in the lower half of the page whose topics will be: Dan Perez, D.C. (a short bio of me); Our Office (features of my office); Your First Visit (description of a patient's first visit).
I will provide the content for these boxes.
Please add Social Media buttons at the bottom (Facebook, Twitter, Delicious), and a big, attractive Contact button that will link to a contact form.
Add the following text elements (I suggest using fonts with fill and shadow):
Experienced Care for Back, Neck and Extremity Pain
Call (415) 627-9077
New Patient Special: $70
(includes exam, first treatment and coupon for one FREE massage)
Reserve some space for text (I will provide content later).
I basically need a design for the homepage, and a design template for the sub-pages that complements the home page.
Here is my old website: http://www.sf-chiro.com.
