We are the largest job site in the Middle East. We got our start 8 years ago when the internet wasn’t much more than an idea around here. Based in Dubai, we now have offices around the Middle East and North Africa. In terms of technology, we have a great “back-end,” but our front-end needs a serious facelift – and that’s where you can help.
We have done a lot of thinking and
benchmarking internally, and our staff has come up with a preliminary design. What we really want is a fresh perspective from
people disconnected from our day-to-day operations and thinking. We are firm
believers in the power of tapping distributed knowledge – so that’s where you
We are like most companies in search of
design ideas: we know what we think we want and we know what elements we must
include, but we are always open to ideas that we haven’t already considered.
Who we are: we are an 8 year old start-up.
We like to call ourselves a perpetual start-up since it keeps us on our toes.
We are entering a new phase of explicit innovation and this make-over is a key
part of that. The average age of our 250+ staff is under 30. We are young,
dynamic, intensely multi-cultural and forward-thinking.
Essentially, what we want is a killer design that is usable,
unified, useful and forward-thinking. Arrangement, layout, design…these are up

translation, but any images and content should be sensitive/mindful of this
region – so no bikini-clad jobseekers please. In fact, we prefer no faces at
