My vision is a world where we each apply our talents, skills and abilities to work that allows us to learn and grow, to contribute to making the world a better place and to achieve personal satisfaction. The ideal is for each person to have work you love, that sustains you and enables you to have a fulfilled, balanced life.
My personal strengths include:

My background is rooted in corporate America with experience in sales, marketing, human resources. My current client base includes business leaders in both for-profit and non-profit organizations as well as people seeking career changes. I'm also deeply committed to serving the coaching profession and community organizations by working in board leadership roles.
Clients respond to my ability to "get them" and to my sense of humor. I'm open, warm and nonjudgemental.

1) Primary target: Business leaders, especially women, age 40+; wants to incorporate full person into professional persona; important to receive personal fulfillment from their work; wants to make a difference in the world.
-Needs to combine the “head” of the business professional with “heart” of the person; wants to be passionate about their work.
-Feelings/Qualities: professional but open; willingness to be creative, different; confident and competent; not afraid to bring their spirit into their work; desire to step into their complete being.
2) Secondary target: people of color in the businessworld seeking to realize their potential and to give back to their community. Like the primary target they want to make a difference in the world.
-Design must incorporate a rose symbol to tie it to business name (C. Rose Coaching)
-Colors should come from yellow, orange, red palette. Accents may come from blue/purple families although these colors are not required.
-Convey sense of warmth yet appropriate style for corporate environment.
-Use tagline: Creating Careers of Choice
-busy or fussy design
-overly corporate feel
-closed or restrictive feel
-logo will be used in a variety of ways including letterhead, web presence, promotional materials, products.
