This was our first time as a participant in a contest. We had tried to have our button done by three other designers but unfortunately did not work out due to them and not us. That was the best thing that ever turned out for us because it led us here. Right from the beginning Washington T. was the complete package and what we hoped would be. He’s complimented us many times. And he’s been classy when we had some miscommunication but overall our communication has been exceptional and it’s because of his work ethic and creativity and attention to detail that has drawn us to him. We also feel the client-designer relationship has been unique. Unfortunately, there were some unprofessional designers inside the contest which led to extensions as well as some interruptions on our end and he could have been irked but instead he trusted us. Right from the beginning he made us feel empowered. We told him our concept and he ran with it and we always trusted his judgement and opinion, even if at times we were hesitant. Again, another attribute anyone would want when working with a designer. His work ethic is unprecedented; his communication is exceptional and his innate attention to detail is priceless. At times it was hard to know who had more passion: him or us (meaning he was just as driven about this as we were). And that’s another attribute you’d want. We can’t wait to work with him on our app design and any other future projects. Most importantly, Washington T. has an ability to connect and care about his clients which is a gift; it’s rare which makes working with him even more special. We could not wait to write this review about him.
