Design needs:
The background of the cover should have three settings--one underwater with a scary looking shark, another in the ancient Egyptian desert with the Sphynx, and the third in London (with Big Ben). There should be a boy standing who has a shining/glowing silver infinity pendant necklace.

Font should be dramatic, sci-fi and clear to read. There should be a time motif throughout, as the book is about time travel.

The title should be heavily stylized like the Percy Jackson/Magnus Chase series. I appreciate attention to detail. Should look like an oil painting.
