Kilnasaggart Mead is a honey wine made in the Kilnasaggart region in Ireland.

To evoke a feeling of craftsmanship and sophistication, I opt for a classic hand drawn-style logo similar in style with other luxurious wine brands, but with a honey-inspired theme to give homage to the wine's humble origin. It's simple, yet evoke a feeling of sophistication with it's classical logo look, suitable for a mature market.

I hand-drawn a bee with pen and paper, and then enhanced and vectorized it digitally to come up with a classic symbol for the brand. Also hand-drawn is the symbol on the back of the logo, inspired by the Christian pillars in Kilnasaggart. The wordmark also has a stamped/hand-drawn effect to round up the classical feel of the logo.
