After reading the project brief, I visited the client's website and learned more about the style of their displays. I found a running theme of bright and colorful presentations and I found that many displays were based on an Ice blue color. One installation in particular grabbed my attention and I felt that it should be the focal point of the logo. It was a thin white wreath that was hung from the ceiling of a shopping center with brightly colored Christmas balls on it. When working with wreath ideas, they all seemed too thick and heavy, so I decided to build a wreath made of snowflakes and add the Christmas balls to it. I added some depth to them and then positioned the letters inside in a manner that would give the company name the strong presence it deserves while maintaining a feminine appeal.
