Jim was fantastic! He went above-and-beyond what was asked to help me come up with a color, color palette, brand guidelines and more! He was responsive to feedback, kept me posted on the progress of our work together and was easy to communicate with. He was collaborative and willing to explore new requirements like ADA compliance. And, of course, the final product was excellent. I really lucked out picking him.
