Nexovate, a tech company, wanted a cooler way to welcome new hires.

So, we designed a starter pack with two goals:

Give new people useful stuff:

1. A reusable tote bag made from eco-friendly materials lets them carry things and shows Nexovate cares about the environment.
2. A nice notebook with the company logo is perfect for taking notes during onboarding and beyond.
Make them feel welcome and excited:

The starter pack looks cool and matches Nexovate's existing branding, with the company logo and maybe a techy design.
A welcome flyer greets new hires and tells them about Nexovate's culture, what they do, and why it's awesome to work there.
New hires loved the starter pack's design and how useful it was. It also helped more people recognize Nexovate's brand, and the tote bag is basically a free ad for the company wherever new people go!
