Hi there, I've been a math educator for 11 years, and could not have made it past 2 without a special diet for my Crohn's Disease. I am now making the transition, with a solid support team, to helping with weekly meal preparation for children and adults with digestive related issues. We are focusing on vegetable broths and grain-free breads because of the need not being met in the marketplace.
