After 14 years as a Coldwell Banker Agent we are opening up a revolutionary "Game Changer" company that will change the real estate idustry. The name of the company is Jay Kinder Real Estate Experts and the reason we chose that is because there is a difference between "agents" and "experts". The brand is based on my name because in this market that is what is recognized. We joke about my bobblehead on all the real estate signs but that was how we started and there is no reason to change the brand. I have been one of the top agents in the world for Coldwell Banker since 2004 and Wall Street Journal has named me in the top 40 of all real estate teams worldwide.

The piece will be used as evergreen for years to come. We will send it to prospective clients, include it in our launch of the company to all Chamber of Commerce Members, all past clients will get one, and everyone who interviews us to buy or sell a home will get one of these magazine tear sheets. This is a product that will be sent to prospective clients looking to sell their home. The text can and additional photos can be added in.
I am enclosing a copy of of the "Magazine cover" we had created and we want to change the photo to a different photo, attached, and the name of the magazine is Real Estate Experts Today. I want this to look like real magazine.

As far as the inside I will have to have enough room to write copy and additional photos to give it a professional magazine feel. I attach a copy of an old one I did and something like this is not bad. In fact for simplicity following this format would be fine. (Broker Associate Magazine)
This piece has to be high quality print ready. There will need to be room for text to tell the story and add additional photos for the inner pieces.
Here's is the opportunity. I represent 1,000's of real estate agents though a high level coaching company, Kinder Reese. If you like this kind of work and get this done for me we will want to do these long term. There could easily be 10-20 a week demand for this product.
