We are a private equity company focused on partnering with brilliant entrepreneurs and investing in fast-growing, privately held companies. Our company's name, Mainsail Partners, is a reference to the mainsail of a sailboat, providing the force behind forward movement and direction of the boat (obviously the metaphor for Mainsail's support of the companies we invest in).

Anforderungen
Our logo (attached) uses the image of a mainsail of a sailboat. We are looking for a complimentary icon which can be used on our website and printed collateral to convey that Mainsail is "a great partner for entrepreneurs and company owners". It should not be a competing metaphor. The image should fit within the color palette of our website and should ultimately be delivered in pdf format. This is a creative exercise, not a technical one. We are looking for a great idea of an image or icon to communicate "partnership".
