We are planning to build an app which will be used for a loyalty program in which users collect points for purchases at partner stores
The intended company colours are #D1495B and #1D447C in RGB. Other colors are of course allowed but the use of the before mentioned two colours could help building an overall brand theme.
Beschreibungen der Screens
We are generally looking for a clear app design in which our end-users should be able to navigate intuitively. We do plan to have overall about 30 screens being designed for the final version of the application and hope to find the best fitting designer for this project. The five intended screens for this competition are as follows and our Adobe XD file for two of the screens can be found in the attachments alongside the app logo: Screen #1: We would like to have a Log In Screen that allows users to log in via email or user name and password, it should contain a password forgotten option and also the ability to sign up. It might be good to see an intended loading screen if it helps to understand why the log in screen looks the way it does. Nonetheless, this is definitely not necessary. Screen #2: The Home Screen, which is featured in the Adobe XD file as the first screen. This is the screen directly after the user logged in successfully and is now seeing his/her balance (loyalty points) and how this has changed over time. The lower part of the body contains the listing of activities of recent days to display which points have been collected where and when. We plan to give the user the option to sort the events per category or retailer as well. The bottom bar contains the navigation items (Home: the current screen; Pay: a custom QR code for the purchase; Find Shop: map with markers at locations where partnering retailers have their stores; Offers: a list of offers that retailers make for a certain time frame for customers; Menu: all other menu items that are not in the bottom bar). We aren’t stuck on the idea of having a picture icon on the top left and a menu button in the bottom app bar so please feel free to consider to play also with these items since we are well aware that the two could be combined if you think this is the better approach. Additionally, all you see on our screens is not set in stone. The only thing we will need somewhere or somehow are the bottom app bar items to navigate through the app fast. Screen #3: The Offers screen shall feature offers from partnering retailers that are only available for a specific timespan, should have a headline and potentially a short description plus a picture. A potential for end-users to vote on these items as of whether the offer is hot or cold might be interesting but does not necessarily have to be the case as we do not fully know yet whether we will give such feedback to the retailers and since this might actually scare some people off. A way of sorting and/or searching the offers might be favorable. Screen #4: The Referral Program screen will be an item in the menu and should show the progress of every successful referral of the user. Each user can refer friends and family members to get some percentage of their spending as well. This will not be deducted from the loyalty points the referred friend is receiving but our company will pitch in instead as such a program will only last for 6 weeks anyways. Therefore, once the first purchase has been performed successfully by the newly referred user the 6 weeks are beginning for the user referring to potentially profit from the purchases of the friend as well. An example screen can be found in the Adobe XD file. Screen #5: A Statistics Screen for our retailers that shall be able to see statistics to evaluate whether the program is working for them or not. These statistics include: App user purchases in the own shop, the revenue created and the per user revenue (all with a daily, weekly and monthly comparison). This could be split up even further into the different age groups. We are looking forward to the submissions and are more than happy to answer questions if they pop up! Contest creators seem to be forbidden to upload Adobe XD files which is why a PDF is attached instead.
