I am a Human Resources (HR) Professional with over 15 years of experience. Up until 2006, I worked in the HR departments of various Fortune 200 companies. I have experience in all of the functional areas of HR (staffing, employee relations, benefits, compensation, training, HRIS, etc.). In 2006 I left corporate america and started my own consulting firm. I seized the opportunity to be my own boss, have more freedom and flexibility and create my own destiny.
Bottom line, I deliver HR programs and services to small and medium size businesses. I do this in a consultative way - I listen, identify needs, create alternatives and decide on the best course of action. In addition to delivering these customized solutions, I offer an array of corporate training workshops (i.e - new employee orientation, new supervisor training, sexual harassment training, team building, etc.). Lastly, I help companies comply with a myriad of state and federal statutes and guidelines.
I am a one-person shop with several specialized partners..this allows me to offer a full array of services. My personality is professional, yet not stuffy; experienced, yet quite current in re: industry best practices. I am a high-energy people person.
