Our first product will be a raw, nut and/or seed-based soy-free tofu.
There will be 5 flavors: plain, smoked, with olives, with spinach and basil, and with curry. Can be eaten raw or cooked.
It will be high in protein (full branch of amino-acids), rich in healthy fats, low in sodium, cholesterol-free and sugar-free.
Other products on the long-term will be "not raw" soy-free tofu, traditional high-quality tofu, and other products such as yogurts, milks, protein powders, etc.
Target market: vegans and vegetarians, and anyone aspiring to a healthy lifestyle, as well as those looking to increase their protein intake.
Soy-free tofu isn't commercialized in the US and in Europe, except for a hempseed tofu by Tempt. We need brand recognition and credibility.
