The Way Title
The Way Title uses technology to create a faster and better customer experience for the home Buyer and for realtors. Orders are done electronically and by simply submitting your title order the search process to determine clean title has begun. This is a spinoff company from Avanti Way (avantiway.com), but we are looking for an edgy logo that depicts how real estate, the law and technology intertwine.

Our target audience are Realtors and home buyers looking for a title company to assist them with a home closing. Our target market are people looking to order title online as opposed to the standard method of using the phone or faxing an order in. We are trying to capture people who use the web to look for services that used to only be found offline.
We want a logo that depicts the intersection of Real Estate and technology primarilly. If there is something cool that you can do to incorporate the law or speed then lets see it.
We are trying to show that we are faster then the competition so incorporating that is definetely a plus. We are open to colors but Avanti Way uses tones of blue so we may be biased toward those colors.
We want to portray that we are cutting edge in a boring field. Superior technology is one of the best ways we differentiate ourselves.
