Chance Partners, LLC (or just "Chance Partners")
Chance Partners is a small, start-up real estate development company focused on the design, build and management of off-campus (private) student housing communities.
Unlike most student housing developers, Chance Partners focuses on infill development -- that is, building student housing adjacent to campus. And these houses typically have between 12-15 beds in each.
The name Chance Partners has a lot of sentimental value for the company's President and we acknowledge that "chance" isn't a great word to be using in today's economic climate; however, we have already developed 6 buildings and 60 beds in Tallahassee, Florida (FSU) and will be delivering 120-150 more beds this coming year -- so we're getting by so far, in spite of ourselves and our name. :-)

Target audience includes:
*Students who will see our logo on signage and property leasing materials.
*Corporate lenders and investors who provide funding for our developments.
(These two groups are most important - perhaps with the corporate lenders being more important than the students. Students are more focused on the product vs. the name and the lenders are more focused on feeling like the company is solid and worth investing in).
*Parents of the students that will be leasing rooms/beds in our developments.
* Company name: "Chance Partners". Do not include "LLC" in name/logo design.
* Corporate mark to support name.
* Color version that can be adapted to B&W.
