I'm a single mom orignally from Iran. I came here with nothing! I worked very hard at every job I've had. Because of my hard work, effectiveness and attentiong to the customer, I was always given more responsibility. I've been managing restaurants and selling catering for the past 14 years. I'm tired of working for other people. It's time for me to start my own business. I want every single client to feel like they are special. High quality food, presentation and service.

I'm creating a simple menu. Very presentable dishes. Ranging from catering an intimate breakfast for a couple, lunch boxes for corporate clients to weddings and showers. I also do event planning.

My given Iranian name means lotus. I'm looking for a modern, simple logo to show the lotus with its big leaves and we would like to make a connection between the lotus and some thing regarding to the food/catering business.( an asparagus or a fork may be?)
I'm trying to avoid a lot of color. Pastel colors would be nice in either blue or lavender. I don't mind black and white brushed metal texture, as a backround for the colored lotus to stand out in it! See attached picture. The butterfly in color against the black and white background. The picture is used as an example not the content.
