We're a new incubator that gives funding, venture capital connections, mentorship, and guidance to students who want to build their own technology startup. We're here to usher in the next generation of technology entrepreneurs and provide them with the means to build their product and successfully take it to market.

We want a logo to embody SSE Labs mission of incubating student ideas into full fledged businesses.

Logo must have:
"SSE Labs" clearly laid out text
Some portion of the logo must have the color cardinal in it (Hex #: 990000). That could be text or any other artistic element.
Transparent background
Professional but distinct Web 2.0 feel

Logo could have:
Play on the labs theme (using beaker is a possibility)
Use a sapling (we're helping to grow ideas into businesses, Stanford's unofficial mascot is the tree, Stanford's official seal has a redwood).
Could have the sapling in or emerging from a beaker
Gradients
