We are a private start-up company focusing on acquiring private and frequently family-owned small and medium-sized enterprises that generate stable and predictable free cash flow of less than $5 million. We are not interested in start-up and early stage companies.

We will be dealing with three target audiences: Target Companies (companies we are looking to buy), deal flow generators (people/entities that send potential Target Companies to us) and investors in our company.
Target Companies must be based in Canada between Ontario and British Columbia. We respond quickly and efficiently. We pay with cash to acquire the entire business. We retain key general operating management and the balance of key employees.
Deal flow generators will typically be accountants, lawyers, asset management companies, business executives, insurance companies, including largely at the outset business associates and friends.
Investors will primarily be successful business associates and friends, who are able to generate deal flow.
We're initially looking for a corporate logo to represent our investment company. It will be used on letterhead, business cards, website, etc.
We want to be perceived as solid, stable, conservative, prudent., trustworthy, sincere, capable and fair. We're looking for size, color, icons, font that re-inforce this stable conservative image. We don't believe the use of modern lower case words is consistent with this image.
I have attached a logo that we like.
We require a .eps vector format file.
