I have run two contests ... I'vechosen two winners ... and I've paid them both. 99designs is a great serviceand we look forward to getting a top notch logo. We will provide plenty of feedback, so youknow what we are looking for all along the way. Ideally, this will be the first of several designs we need to completethe entire product line and we would like to work with the designer on anongoing basis.
We are looking for a logo torepresent our company called Bad Ass Organic and our first product. Our first product is a soda line called BAOSoda. The soda will be in multipleflavors (e.g., cola, root beer, ginger ale) so we need to be able to tweak thedesign to represent the different flavors.
The logo needs to reflect the companyattitude. We are not looking for any herbs, flowers, vines or leaves. BAO Soda is not a sissy soda, but one packedwith nutritious and natural ingredients that make you feel good. Coke and Pepsi drinkers will gladly droptheir addictions to these sugary drinks and reach for BAO Soda, because ittastes just as good and is also good for you. We do not want to turn off the “organic crowd” but rather grow themarket to include people that may have previously ignored organicproducts.
Creative ideas are welcome andencouraged. As possible inspiration, thetwo owners ride motorcycles (choppers, not street bikes) and are looking tointegrate motorcycles in the design. Ifyou want to try something without bikes, that is cool too.
The name BAO Soda needs to be in thelogo. You can use lower case or upper case letters for b, a, and o. The company name, Bad Ass Organic, should notbe in the logo.
You can use cola, root beer or gingerale as an example for how the name (i.e., BAO Soda) will be aligned with the flavor.
Some logos to look at as examples includeStarbucks or Fizzy Lizzy.
It would be nice if this logo wouldwork on both a white and black background, since the product (e.g., the soda)will be light and dark
