The Voice of Wealth
Over the past 20 years, I have been studying the world's most successful people. I have been fascinated with who they are at the core. Not just what they do, but who they really are.
Over the past year, I have been doing private, personal one-on-one interviews with dozens of highly successful (though not always famous) men and women. I have carefully recorded each interview. The interview focusses on key people of influence in their life, significant turning points (though not flashy moments of change), and the crucial, quiet decisions that each made. It explores childhood to present day, in a biographical style.
The interview attempts to capture the true essence of who they are, in their own voice and style, not just an expression of what they do and how they appear on the "stage" of life. It is rich, warm, inviting, and at times extremely emotional.
Taking these interviews, I am creating a series of books, audio programs, a membership website, and other written and audio resources. These will give people around the world a unique, intimate, private look into the hearts and souls of truly successful people. It will also give them the tools and insights they need to replicate this uncommon level of peace, joy, happiness, wealth, and success in their own lives.
My target audience are men and women between 35-45 who realize that their life is not as fulfilling as it should or could be. They might have wealth, but not health. They might enjoy a great family life but struggle financially. They feel that something is missing or that somehow there is more they could have, if they only knew how.
They are seeking to fill in that "missing piece" and are known buyers of self-help and/or business opportunity products.
They are above-average educated, though many will likely be self-educated with no formal college. They are extremely ambitious and hunger for success, but restrained by a deep sense of value and, even spirituality, though they do not wear this spirituality on their sleeves.
They are the good men and women who were attracted to programs like "The Secret" but found it wanting in its shallow approach and "do nothing or little else but think" philosophy. They sense life is more than "attracting", it is working, and striving, and struggling and they find joy in this effort and how it builds them. They like who they become under its strain.
They are fearful of the difficult times we face and will yet face, but continue to move forward courageously and hopeful that they can overcome, no matter what life throws at them.
They are people ready to reach their "tipping point" and just need a guide. The Voice of Wealth is that guide.
*NOTE: I really like the "feel" of http://www.thesecret.tv. Mirror those colors/concepts/fonts and you'll be close.
The "feeling" of the logo is described in the "About Me" and "Target Audience" section of this contest.
I believe the colors should be powerful, commanding, yet warm and inviting. I'm fond of deep reds and earthen tones. But, I'm open to other schemes if you put something striking together.
The interviews entail a good amount of personal history, so, perhaps, there is a historic, mysterious feel to the logo? I'll leave this for you to consider.
The logo will be used online and in print, so the font should be clear and bold, but not boring and common.
Aside from this, I trust your core ability as a designer. I have no doubt, but that you'll carefully consider the description of the project and gain a sense of what is needed. I am really looking forward to seeing your work.
Plus, the more I interview, the more very wealthy and successful people I will have connections with. I will give you full credit and endlessly brag about my "amazing designer". This is sure to have an impact on your project volume.
One last thing - this is the first piece in a very large graphical puzzle. I will need more work and hope this contest can help me find a good fit. So, thank you for taking the time work on this with me.
Let's get started...
