We're a team of energetic professionals working under the umbrella of one of the largest Real Estate companies in the country. We are passionate about providing our clients with the best service they've ever experienced in buying or selling. Part of that will be implementing unique "care" systems for them throughout the process. We modeled our mission, vision and values after many great companies including Southwest Airlines, Zappos, BMW and Google. We'll run screaming from any "normal" real estate look and feel for our design.

Our target client is 35 to 55 years old and college educated. They are passionate about their children's education, giving in the communities where they live, are focused on quality food and dining choices, travel extensively and love outdoor adventure sports. They are usually either business owners, high-level executives or are on an executive team within their company. They are tech savy, visual and want to use their time effectively. They are drawn to creative, edgy designs and marketing that do not scream "run of the mill real estate". Their homes are warm, contemporary and unique, have lots of "green" implements and natural materials, and provide quality comfort and systems to make the experience of living there the best that can be offered.
Nothing cartoony, cheesy or over-used in the real estate marketplace. We tend to love warm colors from nature. In appealing to a higher end client, the design needs to be creative, yet clean and easy to relate to. We may change the name of the team (newhouse) in the process as well, so the design doesn't have to include that name. We really like the look and feel of the BJ Adams and Company site. http://www.bjac.net. While our clients will not be in the "ultra" high price points that they work with, many of the characteristics of the clients will be similar.
