Partners for Clean Air
Partners for Clean Air is a coalition dedicated to bringing cleaner air to the Chicago metropolitan area. It unites businesses, organizations and individuals all committed to reducing harmful emissions and improving air quality. The coalition was formed in 1995 by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency and other government bodies, non-profits and businesses. Partners for Clean Air leads a variety of public outreach/education programs, providing organizations and individuals with information and tools to help them better understand how they can take action to reduce air pollution on a local level.
Employers, leaders and individuals living/working in the Chicago
metropolitan area. Partners for Clean Air programs specifically target people in the following eight Illinois counties: Cook, DuPage, Lake, Will, McHenry, Kendall, Kane and Grundy.
Partners for Clean Air is seeking a new logo, which will be incorporated into a variety of different materials (print, television, online, etc.). The winning design must also include the organization’s full name, “Partners for Clean Air.”
The attached sunburst image is currently a part of our logo. Designers can incorporate this image OR come up with a new sunburst image of their own. We generally prefer the colors royal blue and bright yellow, however, we are open to other colors like green and white. Please DO NOT use the colors purple, red and orange, as they have negative connotations when it comes to air quality.
The winner must provide the logo in color, as well as a black and white version.
