Wie Robert J. Hill das erste logo design Abenteuer antrat
Northstar Church started 12 years ago with 10 people and grew to over 700 people in the first 10 years. We were in a school that entire time and hundreds of people volunteered on a weekly basis to make church happen every Sunday morning for set up, break down, and all the positions required for Sunday morning to work smoothly. We moved into our first building a little over 2 years ago and have tripled in size since then. We are an extremely rapidly growing church that loves Jesus and we exist to glorify God by seeking and developing fully devoted followers of Christ. We have a very different service than most churches. We fill sunday mornings with rock music and relevant teachings that we fill will bring life change to people all across Panama City, Florida. We love God, and we love people and we hope people find that Northstar is a place that live's out our (non-official) "slogan" that Northstar is a place where Everyone's Welcome, Nobody's Perfect, and Anything's Possible.

18-40. We reach all ages but that is our main target audience. We need something that will attract the younger upcoming generation of people. Something that's appealing. Something that transcends culture and represents a "not so churchy" attitude. Our church is not a dressy church. We have the come as you are mentality. We truly do believe that Everyone's Welcome, Nobody's Perfect, and Anything's Possible.
Most of all we don't want anything "churchy". No Christian symbolism! We also don't want a star or a compass!!! We want something iconic to go with the logo as well though we would love to be able to use the logo seperate from the icon. Although we are by the beach we don't want something "themed" necessarily. We are really looking for something different than the usual church logo. Something relevant and eye catching, and SIMPLE. Our color scheme now is blue, black, and white, with the specific blue schematics below. We're up for a change here as long as it's transcendent.
The attached files are our current logo and 2 comps we have currently been working on with a script feel. We'd like to explore a couple options like these as well and completely different/new ones. And we are down to answer any other specific questions you guys may have!
