I-Fit 150 is a unique, easy system of exercise, meditation, and qi gong with one goal: to keep every part of you functioning at a very high level for your entire life. I-Fit 150 not only addresses the cardiovascular and muscular systems, but it can also be applied to help you strengthen any major bodily function, including; hearing, vision, teeth, mental acuity, heart function, sexual function, lung function, balance, digestion, bone density, immune system, nervous system, joints, muscles, hormones and overall mood (depression). I-Fit 150 blends the best of modern science and ancient wisdom to give you an easy customizable set of tools to be happy, healthy and strong now, and for many years to come. I-Fit 150 stands for Intended Evolution Fitness, an exciting new health and fitness program based on the Theory of Intended Evolution by Dr. Don Zhang DAOM, Ph.D. Combining eastern traditional health arts with modern scientific theories, I-Fit 150 guides your body to evolve into a state of health and well-being following a blueprint which maps out your health and vitality for the rest of your life.
Dr Zhang has a Ph.D in Comparative Medicine, is a former Director of the International Association of Integrated Medicine, Qi Gong Master, Tai Chi Master and recipient of the distinguished Yellow Emperor award for advancements in Chinese Medicine.
(The 150 refers to 150 years old).
Health, conscious and Longevity minded individuals interested in a fun and effective approach for creating energy, strength, flexibility, health and youthfulness for the body and mind.
This program can be applied to all ages but right now seems to interest more people in the over 30's. Also, those that are starting to see some decline in their body's functioning and want to prevent further decline in functioning are very interested in this program.
A logo that is iconic and fresh. Ideally it would contain elements that are representative of both the ancient Asian heritage and modern scientific roots. Thus it might have fusion elements of both old and new. It is important though to avoid utilizing “tired” or overused Asian elements. Just as with fusion cuisine if a fresh way to present an old element can be found – Great!
We also want to avoid looking like a martial art
Some values of Ifit150 that could be represented:
Longevity, Longevity Blueprint,
Balance, Harmony, Peace, Strength
DNA, Evolution, Intention
Connected with Nature
Meditative but active
Mind body Integration
Vitality, Vitality Vitality!
We want to distinguish our system from yoga as it is not yoga, therefore we don't want to have logos which could give the impression that it is a yoga system.
Not using "obvious" clip art is a good idea. There is some really fast, cheap and easy clip art out there and it shows. There is some very good clip art that can be manipulated to look very good if not even left alone. It's all a matter of you the artist. You can make anything look good. Please be tasteful about it. Original and creative artwork is most welcome.
Feel free to experiment with color. our website is http://www.ifit150.com
http://www.nianow.com/ we like the nia logo and this logo:
http://www.nianow.com/image/ced-raw-illustration - the blue logo representing the meditative aspect (although for Ifit 150 we need the active physical exercise represented as well as the meditative aspect if we try to represent both).
http://www.yinyanghouse.com we like the joyful energy balanced nature of this one, but not so much the colors.
We would also be interested to see a design with a pine tree, the sun and a flexible (not sharp) athletic figure as well as the I-Fit 150 and Intended Evolution, in the design.
