Wie scheiman das erste logo design Abenteuer antrat
I'm an entrepreneur starting my own company. I believe I've identified a market opportunity that i can fulfill by being one of the first movers into one of the most vibrant categories today: the world of the mobile solutions applications.
I'm 32 years old and I've been doing business all my working life. I love identifying new projects that have the potential to be very appealing to a certain target consumer.
Erzählen Sie uns, wer Sie sind und wen Sie erreichen wollen?
My target consumer is mainly the user of any kind of smart phone (iPhone, BlackBerry, etc..), as my product is designed to be used as an application for this kind of devices. He also has to have a credit card and be able to have a medium to high income that allows him to spend around $20-$40 per month for a phone/PC application.
Do to the above, my main consumer is a 28-45 y.o. male or female who works away from home. He's most likely married and with young children. He has a good job and likes to have brag about having the latest technology gadgets.
I want a logo for my company "Adventum" that communicates the following:
That it's a NEW company/product, that it's MODERN and is involved in the new wave of technology smart products.
PLAYFULL but PROFESSIONAL. I believe that the smart way to go with a new technology company these days is to make a fun logo, but that also transmits professionalism. Logos such as "skype", "hulu" and "apple" share the kind of "feel" that I'm looking for.
By contrast, logos like "IBM", "Panasonic", "Intel", 'Toshiba" don't have this playful look into them. For me, they look older and doesn't seem to me that they're part of the new wave of savvy young technology.
The logo has to be CLEAN and without unnecessary design features such as lines crossing it, heavy loaded backgrounds or complicated textures. The logo has to be clear, in front of you and secure of itself.
It has to look great over a solid color background, like solid black or solid white.
