We are a real estate marketing and sales company. We have recently merged with another company and need a new corporate identity. We are the elite of the real estate sales and marketing world -- heavy on experience and a combined track record of hundreds of millions in real estate sold. We deal mostly with properties that have been taken over by banks and are being sold at a discount. Our main selling proposition is value. The product ranges in grade from mid-level to luxury. We need to develop an indentity that will soon become recognizable to anyone who works in real estate.

We need a corporate identity that is contemporary, yet also communicates experience and stability. It needs to be both stylish and appropriate for the corporate world -- be creative, but not gimmicky. Also, the logo needs to reproduce well on all forms of printing -- ads, business cards, web, etc. We don't want any super thin hairlines or fonts that will disappear when reproduced a certain way.
