Top To Bottom Services LLC provides a variety of products and services to the real estate sales industry. One of the primary services we provide is the inventory management, installation, and service of real estate signage.
Over the years, our company (and similar providers in our industry) have used a 'low tech' manual approach to ordering and managing installations-- typically spreadsheets to record orders, installations, and inventory locations. This has always been problematic.
Orders for signage work (for example, the installation of a "For Sale" sign) traditionally have been submitted via fax, phone, or by email. This is a very 1980's way of doing things.
To address these problems, our company developed a web application that allows real estate professionals (our customers) to order signage online, review their inventory, track installations, etc.
We have begun marketing this application to agents (the consumers) and sign installation companies (the providers) and have several contracts pending, and now need an intuitive logo for this product-- SignTraker. The logo design selected will be used as the basis of a web site design project (to follow) for marketing the application to real estate professionals across the country.
