We are a family business that rents a complete OUTDOOR MOVIE EXPERIENCE including a 12 foot inflatable movie screen, portable DVD projector and sound system that assembles in your backyard or outdoor location in minutes. The system is mainly a nightly rental that the client can enjoy their favorite movie, sporting event, video game or ??? on the big screen in the great San Diego outdoors. We also rent indoor systems with standard projection screens, popcorn machines, and chairs, but the outdoor movie package is the bulk of the business. The rental currently is $199 per night.

The target audience is for family backyard home use specifically for parties and other get togethers. This includes birthday parties, Wii\Xbox\Playstation Party, Date Night, BBQ, and the list goes on. Parents with older children and teenagers seem to be a large portion of the rentals as it is a cheap and original birthday party idea.
We also rent indoor screens and projector for Anniversary and Wedding slide shows.
We want a simple design that can be easily recognized with us and what we do. It needs to include the text, "Pop-Up Picture Show of San Diego" only, but any other graphic or picture to add help brand this company name is open. Some of our early ideas included art deco themed text and drive-in movie theater themes, but it didn't quite show the backyard movie experience we want to convey. We also have a cartoon type ad that shows an inflatable movie screen, kids and a dog on a blanket watching the movie, Dad working a BBQ and Mom bringing cupcakes or popcorn. This was great for an ad, but not a logo. Good luck.
