PaidUp.com (or Paidup, paidup, Paid Up, paid up, you get the idea). With or without the ".com"
PaidUp.com is a service that helps people manage and pay their bills.
Update: This is a site that helps you manage your bills. Getting "paid up" is an expression that means paying your bills. Most of the logos submitted have an up-arrow in them. I'm not sure that's the right message to send to people looking to manage their bills (nobody wants their bills to go up, right?) I'm not necessarily against up-arrows, but not s huge fan either

Organized people. And disorganized people who want order.
The logo needs to convey trustworthiness at it's core, but with simplicity and fun thrown in. If your favorite bank were a "Web 2.0" company - how might their logo look? What would it take to make you give the keys to your bank account to a new Internet company? We want that logo.
