We are a young startup company launching a new music\song \sound website that will offer a meeting platform for talented songwriters, composers, and their audience of music lovers.
Visitors will rate songs, the best will be available for purchase as a gift to a special someone for that special occasion.
The site will be a place for people to meet, listen to songs (and the story behind them), share, comment, and even make money.

Broad audience demographics: from teenagers to young professionals in their 20-30s, to older web users who share the love for music, song, fun and the online community. (Think other social media outlets (Facebook, MySpace, Twitter and their target demographics).
Clients of the web site will order music works (a love song, for example) to send as a gift to their loved ones, for special occasions.
The main message will be to give the gift of music, a unique, one of a kind gift like no other; a gift to remember and to keep forever.
The logo should be simple and clean. Feel free to be creative. No special requirements for fonts, shapes.
Musical symbols are OK, treble\bass clef, music staff; music note(s) anything that gets across the message of music, sound, song, gift, creativity, love.
The two letters S and D (from SongDelight) may be used (but it is not mandatory) to create the logo.
The main colors of the web site will be red and white (see the attached header where the logo will reside), so please plan accordingly.
The company name could exist as part of the logo (embedded) or on the side\bottom\top as separate text (I also tried to embed the name SongDelight into the music staff (each letter as a musical note) but it turned to be hard to read).
