Agere combines strategic advice with the resources to do it. This unique approach helps move our client’s business forward, quickly. Engagements include a team of C-level executives (CEO, CFO, CMO) to help companies quickly achieve performance goals.
Agere is a Latin word meaning to set in motion, or to get something done. The root verb is Ago. Our english pronunciation is with a soft “g” as in “agile”.

Our primary audience is Private Equity companies with underperforming companies in their portfolio.
A secondary audience are CEOs and other executives at small to mid-sized businesses. [20million to 100 million].
Design must project a professional image and instill confidence. Ideally it should communicate setting the enterprise in motion. It should project a dynamic organization but stated in a polished manner.
The logo design should increase the visual power and retention of the brand. "Agere" may be included as an element. "Enterprise Management" can be used as a minor element, perhaps as a "sign off" under the logo.
Color should enhance but not overpower the design.
The primary uses of the logo will be in color, however a grayscale version is desirable for use on invoices and other business documents.
The final design must be provided in a vector file format suitable for use on Mac OS and Windows environments. PDF and EPS vector files are preferred.
