We provide marketing products for attorneys that provide bankruptcy solutions to clients. We're a business to business firm, but have a strong end user focus. The attorneys we market to need to be able to see that the products will appeal to the general public and thereby will build their firm. We have a bit of humor and tongue-in-cheek in our products and blog as well. We don't take ourselves too seriously.

The target audience is bankruptcy attorneys, but I want to keep the design upbeat and dynamic and have it feature the company name, BKMarketer.com. I don't want the design to be too business-y, i.e., blues and greys.
The logo will used for website and for branding products. It needs to work on a white background and be appropriate to embroider. It can contain several colors. I want it to look clean and sharp - not too complicated yet not too simplistic.
