I am a restaurant owner/operator. I love the hospitality business, Love being able to bring people to our door and have them leave extremely satisfied. I love classic cars and motorcycles and am a huge music fan. This restaurant concept is fun, fresh and hot The music will be loud and the food will be fresch and hot!
I like cutting edge and avante garde ideas and culture but am also a big fan of the things that made us who we are. Basically a mix of the past and the present. Our current culture is a way of life, of connecting unlike ever before and I feel that this is an incredible time in the history of the world because there is never a moment when we are all NOT connected.

This restaurant concept is targeting all age groups. The concept is to be a healthy, lifestyle choice, Fresh Mexican Grill. Our food is prepared in an exhibition style kitchen, our staff is fun and the music is loud. Our 'Wall of Salsa' encourages our guests t be bold and create their own flavors. Our food can also be had in healthy lo-carb and lo-fat options. Therefore, our brand is a lifestyle.
The intention of this design is to be instantly recognizable. We are launching a brand, and not just a restaurant. Our logo will be worn on our uniforms, on hats, on T-Shirts and will be prominently featured on our store fronts. As a lifestyle choice, our logo should have sex appeal, should be current to our times and yet have a classic nature about it. Our brand is healthy and fun, appeals to people of all ages because of its flavors and style.
Picante is the Spanish word for Spicy or hot. There should be a chili pepper incorporated into the logo. The name 'Picante Fresh Mexican Grill' also needs to be featured in the design.
