Madonie Capital is a new real estate investment and development company. We are a small group of entrepreneurs (1 woman, 2 men, all in our 30’s) that seek to create value for our investors by identifying unique investment in down market conditions. Our name comes from a mountain range (hills, really; http://www.bestofsicily.com/mag/art121.htm) in Sicily (Italy).

Needs to be "corporate/traditional feeling" but also "entrepreneurial" feeling. The logo needs to make investors feel they can be confident investing with us (ie STRONG and SOLVENT).
Our audience will primarily be private (but eventually institutional) investors considering an investment in one of our real estate investment funds or development projects. Our investors will also be entrepreneurs themselves, and so we believe they'll appreciate a corporate identity that's fresh and cutting edge.
Logo should be traditional/conservative (like the real estate industry), but also creative, elegant, modern (cutting edge, because we are also entrepreneurial).
Our tastes tend toward the idea of “less is more”. Modern, even hip without feeling too alternative. We prefer a logo that includes a graphic element in addition to our name, or that works a graphic into the text.
