UPDATE: Let's try another idea with this - what if we went with a colorful logo, showing a house, with a tree (done in a light treatment -with shapes and lines) - play with the font a bit. Please see my rough mock for the germ of the idea. That said, I do like several of the submitted designs very much! Thanks to you all!

This is a company founded by two people - we merged our last names: Parker and Heiser to come up with Parkheiser Properties. If you select one word to be more prominent, it would be Parkheiser. We need to work in the "LLC" to the logo - but it doesn't have to be as prominent. This logo will also go on our real estate signs.

We typically rent to business professionals and professors. We rent homes that we have renovated. So we aren't one of those rental companies with a bazillion units in high-rise or multi-unit buildings. We rent out nice homes, and we take good care of our tenants; we aren't your typical landlords! We aren't cold and impersonal - we pride ourselves on being different, personable, yet professional and courteous.

We want to convey a professional image - maybe of a company larger than we currently are, as we would like to grow our business of course.

We do like good design - one of us is an interior designer as well - so we appreciate all things design!

We will also use this design on embroidered items.

We will need the final version of the logo to be in a VECTOR format.

We are totally open to new ideas!
