We are a social enterprise. Which means we are not in business to make stacks of money we are here to make sure our country has an amazing health care system by delivering powerful staff and technology solutions. We are a young, passionate and entrepreneurial company. The CEO is the winner of LinkedIn Business Leader of the Year. We want Adaro Red to be seen as a youthful and clear brand so that we stand out in the recruitment industry as unique.
We do the following things:
a. IT recruitment and management of employees. We find the best people for the job.
b. IT solution delivery & application development. We can develop technology for our clients and we can also manage the delivery of these projects (Project Management) whether we are building it or someone else.
2. We specialise in technology recruitment and we also provide application development and IT solution delivery.
We are a young, passionate and entrepreneurial company.
The logo we want is something that shows we are warm. Be good to also show a little something about what we do e.g. technology/recruitmet. BUT most importantly the logo needs to represent passion and warmth. It also needs to be ‘of the moment’ so happy to look youthful and vibrant. We do not want an old school style stuffy corporate logo.

The market that we are targeting is very specific as this will make us entirely unique in the marketplace. We are a recruitment agency that focuses on providing staff for the NHS in the area of technology. The NHS is the UK's National Health Service. The NHS is a very large and cost-cutting organisation as health care is free in the UK and the money invested is to be able to offer this service free is from tax payers money. We specifically supply technical staff as well as providing technical solutions e.g. application development and project management.
Our clients tend to be Financial Directors/Commercial Directors. However the brand and logo should not be designed with this audience in mind as we have good relationships with this audience and business is done face to face.
We also recruit staff who will tend to be Project Managers, Technical Developers etc. However the purpose of building the brand is not for the two key audience above as we already have these relationships.
The audience we are wanting to reach through the website is mostly for media attention/industry attention within the recruitment industry. So we can afford to be different and fresh in approach. This means the brand can be vibrant, clear and show very succinctly

2. What we represent - Passion, technology expertise, caring company -social enterprise, fresh and young.
o A logo that has space for a strap line but also looks acceptable without.
o The logo should use the company name as part of the design. The company name is ‘Adaro Red’ HOWEVER would also be willing to accept visual designs also - so some freedom here.
o The logo must use red somewhere in the design. You are free to choose the colour and where this is used. BUT be aware that the brand needs to show passion and vibrancy so would avoid wishy washy red’s. You are not limited to just using red in the logo but it needs to be there somehwere.
o The logo needs to look contemporary so cool fonts, simplistic graphic style. You are free to start from scratch. We do not want any references being pulled from current logo or branding on website. In fact must be the very opposite of this.
o The logo must represent warmth and a caring nature to the company. Perhaps circles or some symbolism that shows we care and are friendly, socially conscious.
o It would be nice if there was some reference to technology and/or recruitment within the logo but this is not essential and up to the deisgner’s view e.g. power symbol or people.
